Before you travel

Documents

• A passport and documents for entering Poland: a visa or residence permit. The carrier is not responsible for missing documents.
• If a passenger is refused entry at the border, the ticket is not refunded.
• For a child or discounted ticket — a document proving the discount: birth certificate, pension certificate, student ID or disability certificate.
• Entry rules change. Check them on the border service website before you travel: ps.fsb.ru, phone in Kaliningrad 8 (4012) 69-10-28.

In Gdańsk the bus stops at the bus station (ul. 3 Maja 12) and at the airport (platform 7). In Elbląg it only drops passengers off.

Luggage and pets

• The luggage fee depends on its size — the driver will tell you at boarding.
• Animals are not carried on international routes.

Discounts

• 10% — for children under 12, young people under 26, students, old-age pensioners and people with disabilities.
• A round trip is cheaper: e.g. to Gdańsk Airport 8930 ₽ instead of 9400 ₽.
• Discounts do not add up: one discount per passenger.

Refunds

• More than 2 hours before departure — 95% of the fare is refunded.
• Less than 2 hours before departure — 85%.
• Within 3 hours after departure — 75%.
